How does the 7-day free trial work?

You pick a plan, create the account, and enter a card through Stripe. Nothing is charged for the first 7 days. If you cancel before day 7 ends you are never billed at all. After that, the plan renews monthly at the price shown above until you cancel. Baby Forge is the exception — it is free forever and never asks for a card.

Question 2

How do I cancel, and what happens when I do?

Email support@forgeeducation.com and we will cancel the subscription — that is the cancellation channel set out in our Terms. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged. Cancel after that and you keep access through the period you have already paid for; the plan simply does not renew. There is no contract, no cancellation fee, and no minimum term.

Question 3

If I cancel, does my child lose their progress?

Accepted Answer

No. Cancelling ends access, not the account. Streaks, points, completed challenges, track progress and the mentor personality your child set up all stay on their profile — nothing is deleted when a subscription lapses. Resubscribe later with the same login and everything is exactly where they left it. If you would rather we erased it, email privacy@forgeeducation.com and we will delete it.

Question 4

What happens if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

Stripe retries the card and the account is marked past due. Access pauses until the card is updated, and once the payment goes through the account reactivates on its own with all progress intact. If you would rather stop, just let it lapse — nothing further is charged.

Question 5

Is Baby Forge really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — free forever, no card, no ads, no trial clock. It covers letters, numbers, shapes and colors for ages 2–5, and the full songs and stories live on our FORGE LITTLE YouTube channel. It is how most families meet Forge before anyone pays for anything.

Question 6

I have more than one child. Do I pay full price for each?

Accepted Answer

No. Forge Family is one login for the household: $19/mo covers up to 2 paid children, then $6/mo for each additional child. Baby Forge children are always free and never count toward the total. Each child gets their own space, their own mentor and their own progress, behind one parent PIN.

Can I switch plans as my child gets older?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The tiers are age bands, not separate products — the same five tracks deepen as your child moves from Forge Jr to Forge Youth. Email support and we will move the plan over; progress carries across.

Question 8

Is the mentor a real person?

Accepted Answer

No. The mentor is AI, and it says so if a learner asks. It teaches how money, investing, tech, business and life admin work — it does not give personal financial, legal, tax or medical advice, it never names specific stocks or funds, and if a child or teen signals distress it hands off to a trusted adult or the 988 line rather than trying to counsel them.

Every paid plan includes a parent dashboard behind a 4-digit PIN only you set: progress and streaks, what has been covered, a reward you can attach to the points your child earns, and an assistant that explains what they are learning and how to reinforce it at home.
